In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas, that The Prophet Muhammad said:
“There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.”

Donate to the Movement
We are the last independent Islamic Movement in North America. Consequently, your donations are essential to us continuing our struggle in the way of Allah and will be used in the liberation of the minds and hearts of Muslim Americans. May Allah reward you in advance.
Welcome
To Masjid Al Islam
The criteria of success in Islamic Movement is faith. Imam Musa speaks about his experience in the Islamic Movement and how the only way forward is with Faith in Allah. What we have more than anything that makes us a success is faith.
The earliest Islamic movement inside of the USA were vigorous, strongly depend on Sunnah and liberation oriented. Our aim and organization today focuses on these characteristics.
Salat Al-Jumuah – 1:30pm
Ramadhan Mubarak – Masjid Al Islam DC will be hosting Iftar and performing Taraweeh prayer nightly during this glorious month, so please join us, InshaAllah.
Vision
Since our lives are under the complete control of Allah almighty we lack full control of our situation and events. While selecting and defining a future for ourselves, we must be brave and trust in the plan of Allah.
Allah helps those who help themselves. This phrase represents the importance of self-initiative and agency and one we strongly adhere to.
Mission
Masjid Al-Islam is an affiliation of several masajid who have as their central tenent the establishment of the religion of Allah (Iqamatul-Deen/Action and Efforts in the Way of Allah). Toward that end, we are focused in the development of an organized Islamic Movement in America which is capable of producing individuals and institutions whose orientation and talents will, Insha-Allah, be in total, complete and uncompromised service of Allah (SWT).
